Land is in limited supply, and when it goes up for sale, you can be sure it is a hot commodity. This holds especially true in Sedona, Arizona, which is surrounded by land owned by the National Forest Service or State.
Land for sale in Sedona ranges from residential to commercial, small lots to large acreages. In Sedona, the most affordable land for sale are parcels on 25 Juniper. Lot prices jump up in price based on size and location in Sedona. Expect to pay between $100,000 to $400,000 for residential lots in Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. As lots expand in acreage size, the prices can vary and expand up to around $1,295,000.
Commercial lots are priced between $1 million to $14,200,000, with the most expensive parcel being 173.10 acres at 6625 W. State Route 89A, MLS#508409. The land is part of the El Rojo Grande Ranch. The ranch is situated at the base of the towering red rocks, bordering the National Forest. The land is also very private. The estate ranch was originally developed as an equestrian center by an heir of the Wrigley Chewing Gum Family, who named the ranch El Rojo Grande after its popular red chewing gum Big Red.
