On the market as of May 21, 2018, there are only 12 condos. Half are located in West Sedona and about the other half are in Big Park, which is in the Village of Oak Creek area.

West Sedona Condos

52 Morning Sun Drive, MLS# 515714 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 1162 square feet. This hardwood floored condo was just reduced in price and is now for sale at $273,500.

16 Tanager Lane, there is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 1162 square feet. This condo is also pending at $259,000.

The last condo in West Sedona is at 250 Sunset Drive #31, MLS# 515691 with one bedroom and one bathroom with 632 square feet which is up for sale at $172,138.

Big Park Condos for Sale

Located off of Verde Valley School Road, within Oak Creek Estados, is this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with 1,270 square feet. It is for sale at $225,000. The MLS# is 516209.
